INTENTIONS
Intention is the real power behind desire. Your WILL defines the direction and the intensity of your intention. Without an extraordinary will, we talk, talk, talk, and never do. So we can talk, the talk and we all know that walking our talk is the acid test of our commitment to our family, our health, our mental health, our work et cetera. It’s not about the books you’ve read about work, or read about relationships, or read about diet. You are creating your life by what you “practice” day today. You can read about rewiring your brain, but what are you doing to rewire your brain?
The desire to improve your mindset, to move to that next level of your life experience starts with your intentions. Set conscious intentions to support the life you want to enjoy. Become aware of your intentions and setting out those goals that will guide you. Besides, your long-term intentions set an intention each morning as you wake up. Your daily intentions are an antidote to the disconnect we so often feel in the midst of a busy day. Through deliberate sculpting of our intentions, we can shape our life experience in a way that is rewarding and expansive. You want to change your life’s direction, you need to direct your intention.
ATTENTION
Your intention is for the future, but your attention is in the present. Whatever you put your attention on will grow stronger in your life. Holding your attention to your intended outcome is the challenge. Remember you are where your attention takes you. In fact, you are your attention. If your attention is flaky, then you are flaky. If your attention is steadfast, then you are steadfast. Whatever thought you have activated by your attention to is getting bigger.

So, the quickest way to attract more abundance in health, relationships, work, is to acknowledge the abundance you already have. A Prosperity Consciousness is when you genuinely FEEL prosperous. Doing a gratitude journal is not enough because when you say: “Thank you for the rain, thank you for my job, thank you for my family,” you are just skimming the surface. The way we teach practicing “Appreciation” is how to go deeper so that your feelings are authentic enough to really SHIFT YOUR THINKING & FEELING. You do this by building momentum, you practice this until you own it. This doesn’t come cheap, something you can do half-baked.
Thought and feeling is an image projected into the ether. It is a vibration, force, energy and creative power. It is spirit, it has colour and substance. IF it is authentic and really alive with emotion it has attraction power. This is how you manifest things. Once you consistently hold happy feelings then your world begins to adjust to that. Every relationship will adjust to your new vibration, energy, mood, attitude. Your finances will adjust, your body will adjust, your work will adjust to your new thinking and feeling.
BEHAVIOUR
So as has already been said, your intent is for the future, but your attention must be in the present. Meaning that your attention must also be focused on the actions you can take today that will manifest your intentions tomorrow. We need to realise that time is the most precious element with us, time is the most precious thing in life. Everything in life can be replaced if lost, but time cannot.
Because actions come from attitudes, the wasting of time is a result of attitudes towards time, toward yourself, attitudes towards your family, toward the work you are doing, or some combination of these. Improving time used to increase enjoyment and results requires reshaping some of the attitudes toward time that now dictate how you use time.
Time capital is your most valuable asset. No-one – regardless of age or station in life has more time capital than you have. As Franklin pointed out, you cannot borrow time; you cannot hoard it; you cannot even work hard and earn more of it. All you can do is spend it. How you spend your time – how you organise it – makes the difference between success and failure. Understanding time is your strength, your power, the essence of good health, a loving family, productivity at work and spiritual enlightenment.
